1.  What is serialized data and why do I need to access it? Serialized data includes a unique identifier for each unit of a drug product, allowing for full traceability through the supply chain. Accessing this data helps you verify authenticity, comply with DSCSA regulations, and protect your patients from counterfeit or diverted medications. 
2.  Do I need an account to use OneScan?  Yes, you will need a OneScan account to access your serialized transaction data. If you don’t already have one, you can easily create an account using the "Create Your OneScan Login" button on this page. 
3.  What can I do once I log into OneScan?
   You can view and download your serialized product history, access T3 transaction documentation (TDS, TIN, and TS), verify product identifiers, and track shipments—all in a secure and compliant environment. 
4.  Is OneScan compliant with DSCSA requirements?  Absolutely. OneScan is fully aligned with FDA DSCSA mandates and utilizes GS1 EPCIS standards for data exchange. It also includes tools like Investigator™ to help resolve serialization exceptions quickly and accurately. 
5.  Who do I contact if I have trouble accessing my data or creating an account?  If you experience issues accessing OneScan or setting up your login, please reach out to your sales rep or our customer service department. We’re here to help you stay compliant and connected.
6.  What if I use a different EPCIS provider or serialization system?  No problem. While we use LSPediA’s OneScan as our preferred serialization platform, we fully support interoperability with other DSCSA-compliant EPCIS systems. If your pharmacy or wholesaler uses a different provider, we can securely transmit serialized transaction data to your system using the industry-standard GS1 EPCIS format.
